The spring semester is still a great time to recruit new members! Unfortunately, many clubs see a lag in growth during the spring because they do not actively participate in recruitment like the fall semester.

This year the District Board is challenging each club to Strive for 25 by increasing their fall membership 25% or reaching charter strength by district convention. Sound like a lot? Not really! For most clubs this is only an increase of a few members. Check the chart below to see how many members your club needs to Strive for 25.

As an added bonus, every club that completes this challenge will receive a social media shout-out on the Alabama District Circle K page, recognition at District Convention, and 100 diecut Circle K stickers as cool swag to give to your members and to use during recruitment next year. Who doesn’t like stickers?

The challenge in a nutshell:

  • Gain the number of new members indicated in the chart above.
  • Pay for new members through the Membership Update Center by District Convention.
  • Receive recognition and free stickers.

So what are you waiting for? Hold an interest meeting, run a recruitment table, bring a friend to your next Circle K meeting. Whatever you do, Strive for 25.
