As we get closer to the January 27th cut-off for reservations in our block at the Hotel Capstone, I wanted to take a minute for some quick updates. I have attached the list of rooms that are currently reserved. If you have booked a room, but you don’t see your name on this list, please let me know ASAP.
With the continuing issues concerning the hotel’s booking software, Hotel Capstone has asked that we make all remaining reservations on the phone. If calling during regular business hours, speak directly with our sales contact, Emily Barbee, at (205) 343-1136. If calling afterhours, call the front desk at 205-752-3200 and mention Circle K.
The hotel has no remaining double queen rooms, but they have agreed to provide for the remainder of our rooms as Junior Suites, which include one king bed and a “very comfortable” rollaway. Alternatively, especially if you’re an advisor staying alone, they still have King rooms available.
