The Kiwanis International Foundation is thrilled to offer their 2014 scholarship opportunities through the Cunat International Scholarship program.
The foundation extends tremendous gratitude to the Cunat family for their steadfast dedication to the Kiwanis family, education and service to the community which makes these scholarships possible.
While serving as 1992-93 governor of the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District, Brian Cunat and his wife, Miki, established the Cunat International Scholarship to recognize and support Kiwanis-family members who are setting out to make a difference in people’s lives as they work their way through school. The Cunats believe in setting goals, staying the course and accomplishing goals. Life goals should be not only self-serving, but include the concept of helping others and making the world a better place for all. While serving as 2001-02 Kiwanis International President, Brian and First Lady Miki expanded the scholarship program to include other parts of the world. Their beliefs that our future is in the hands of youth, motivates them to fund these scholarships.
Scholarship applications must be postmarked by or sent via email by May 30, 2014. Email applications are encouraged and can be sent to scholarships@kiwanis.org.
