Come back to the camp for the Alabama Leadership Academy! At ALA, Circle Kers from all over Alabama have a unique opportunity to grow as leaders, as servants and as individuals in this one of a kind program to explore ways to overcome the obstacles that hold each person back, while developing into leaders capable of taking a stand and making a difference. Upon arrival, each Circle Ker is assigned a group to serve as their “family” for the weekend. This “family” is their support system as they grow through ropes courses and team work exercises, their cheerleaders as they dance the night away at the annual dance party and, at the end of the weekend, some of their best friends.
